Traveling math intervention board

Hey there and Happy Friday! Whew, what a week it's been! I am ready for the weekend :)

I wanted to share a pic I took of a colleague and friend's idea. Her name is Allison and she is the 4th/5th grade TA at our school. Her role is to service some of our identified students but also students in Tier 2 who struggle in math. She travels from class to class. Since our space is limited, she often works in our shared open area. She was thinking of a way to display math strategies and came up with this awesome idea. She used a tri-fold board (same board used for science fair, projects, etc.) and posted the strategies kids are learning in class to take wherever she goes. Allison even added dry erase pages that stick the board! What a cute border too! It’s so easy for her store and light to carry back and forth. What a great idea! Hope this inspires you.
