Chuc Mung Nam Moi means Happy New Year in Vietnamese! If you didn't already know, I'm Vietnamese. I'm proud of my heritage and its beautiful culture. Ten Mice for Tet is great book to read this time of year. I read it to my little ones who loved the colors and dragons.
Tet (Vietnamese New Year) is a special time of year for me. I enjoy visiting family and relatives, the dragon dances, and the fresh and dried fruits. One of my favorite New Year's dishes is Banh Chung. It's sticky rice, bean, and pork steamed in banana leaves. It's so delicious and I look forward to eating it every year.
