Rock the 5th Grade State Math Test!
Whew, it's been a busy couple of weeks! I'm working with a small group of awesome kids who are getting ready for the next math STAAR test. We are working through the standards they need extra help with.
There are a ton of math skills in 5th grade and we needed a fun way to review. Since I live in the Music Capital of the World- Austin, Texas- I created a Rock the State Math Test game! I'm going to play music while we review like guitar acoustics from cool Austin artists. I'm using erasers as markers right now but I am currently collecting different guitar pics to use as markers for next time.
